Power of attorney : Hear a horror story

A Will only takes effect on your death. It cannot help you if you are incapacitated. You need to consider signing a continuing power of attorney for property and a power of attorney for personal care. There are horror stories that can arise in the absence of the power of attorney for personal care and the continuing power of attorney for property.

To hear a horror story of what happened when a person did not have a continuing power of attorney for property, listen to what they told us on a radio show we were on.  Please visit www.willappointment.com. On the homepage is a link to the radio clip.
